I feel badly now for whining in my last post! I didn't mean to come off as some pathetic attention-seeker. It's just been a while since I've written, and none of this has been beta'd, so I wanted to know if I'd lost my touch, or my connection with all of you readers. Well, apparently a week's break is all I can handle from writing. I have a few stories lined up, but first I wanted to get this out. I signed up a few weeks ago to write the 50 stories for housefic50 and I spent this past week organizing my thoughts. I've decided to write them all as loosely interrelated series of stories which will contain my previously written shorts "Cohabitation" and "The Sweater". This actually works out perfectly, because I'd always planned to write more in that Cohabitation series.

SO, I have divided the prompts into five sections: Status Quo, Beginnings, Advances, Cohabitation and Status Quo Revised. Each has ten prompts, so that's ten shorts/chapters, and here is the first:
